Shipping & Returns
B2B members, shipping costs are determined by the volume of your order.
You can see the shipping cost for your order by going to the cart and adding your address. The checkout page before you enter your payment information will show you the options and prices.
We accept returns only for damaged or defective items.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Original packaging required
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email sales@cottonbloomapparel.com with photos within 14 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method excluding original shipping costs and taxes.
All other wholesale orders are final sale.
